I like the overall design and the pose you chose for the character works very well. Her costume is good and I like what you have going on in the background. That being said there are a few suggestions that I would be remiss if I did not mention them. First, I think the hand in the foreground needs a bit more detail. Perhaps more detailed shading? Second, the skin folds of her wings need outlines because as they are now they kind of blend together and don't match the character. Third, I feel like the integrated CG in the background clashes to much with the rest of the piece. I feel that if you traced over the background with some good old fashion line work that you'd have a much more cohesive work of art.
