Let's start with the vision, shall we? The good news is that I figured out you've made a 3d character that is meant to resemble a stripper. That's all. If that was exclusively what you were aiming for then I owe you an apology and two and a half more stars. Now we move to the originality portion of the critique, if I had a dime for every time I've seen a decently skilled artist draw a stripper. Technique is really where I have the most to say, visually speaking it is interesting to look at but the hair is really long so unless there is a strong wind then it shouldn't be supporting itself like that. It's okay for the clothes to be shiny cause she is a stipper after all but why is her skin shiny? That is the most common problem I've noticed among 3d artist is that the skin is shiny and if that's oil then I imagine that she wouldn't have it on her face but that might be a texture problem. With that lighting for you to easily see the stairs behind her and the majority of her body then it stands to reason that the area would be well lit enough for the viewer to see her hair which appears to be really dark behind her. I feel as though the angle and pose betray you cause I've seen some of your other work and I believe you could do better. Finally we get to the impact, this actually caught my attention before a lot of other works. The use of colour and provocative/suggestive themes definitely works well for you.
