A really good concept that has some minor execution troubles. The background provides very little contrast, as well as the ligthining. I would suggest a more neutral/bright background and a soft light on her face. Showcasing her silouette would be great as well.

The pose may benefit from angling the camera a little lower, so we can have a better amount of light/shadow. The bra's texturing would benefit from wrkinkles or something that indicated stress for being forced to handle such huge breasts, because other than that just looks painted over without detail.

The tattoos look great! I really like how this girl ended up looking!
