Actually, you hit on a key element of the story here. You wouldn't see her true form if you were prey, so the flirt is genuine. Other folks in the room see her differently.
Huh... wait, then why the casualwear but keeping the wings? If we are watching from the perspective of the prey then by your reasoning those wings shouldn't be visible, and if we're non-prey observers then why are we seeing her casualwear?
We are non prey observers, and she found "us" interesting enough to flirt with. That's why she lowered her glamour enough to let us see her true demonic form. Her clothes, on the other hand, are not part of her body, so unaffected by her glamour or lack thereof. So, this is just the outfit she chose to wear instead of her "action" outfit. So, "we" see a sexy demoness in a sexy outfit, while the other people around see a hot human chick in the same provocative outfit.
I'll Buy Her a Drink, and Ask Her if She wants an Audition as a Dancer at the The Bar...(Regulars can do this) And I have No Problem with Miss Morrigan (or any other Silly Succubus) Stealing My Soul, as long as She keeps it in a Heart-Shaped Box in Her Underwear Drawer...
